Reasi, Sep 27 (KNO): A three-year-old boy died after being hit by a tempo in the Sullah area of Reasi district on Sunday evening, officials said.
An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that the incident occurred when the tempo was travelling from Reasi towards Jammu and hit the minor, leaving him seriously injured.
He said the child was shifted to District Hospital Reasi for treatment, where doctors declared him brought dead. He was identified as Bahar Din (3), son of Abdul Qayoom, a resident of Sonchal Gali Dharmari, Tehsil Thuroo.
Meanwhile, cognizance of the incident has been taken and a probe has been initiated.—(KNO)
